If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at support@dgsisun.com. In your email, please describe the problem you encountered and attach pictures of the defected item for our investigation. Please note that if you wish to return the product for a refund, you must return all associated items in order to receive a full refund. To ensure a smooth return process, please take note of the following conditions and exclusions: - Any item not purchased from dgsisun.com is not eligible for return. - Any item returned after 30 days from the receipt date will not be accepted. - Any item that is returned without original packaging and accessories will not be accepted, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. - Any item from which the UPC code has been removed or exhibits physical damage or evidence of a spill will not be accepted. - Any handmade or custom item is not eligible for return. Please allow us 5-10 business days to process your return upon receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we issue it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us. To avoid any misunderstandings, please write "RETURNED ITEM" on the packaging when returning the product.
